My co-workers have been friendly, intensely helpful and welcoming, and forgiving of my errors as I have settled in. Many students show great promise in physics, and even those who do not perform reasonably well considering the difficulty of the subject and, in some cases, even show piqued interest. Moreover, their behavior and attitude are more in line with that of the quintessential “good student” than any group of high school students I can recall. Overall, I have been both satisfied by and impressed with the program.

尽管有语言文化的差异，但无论课上还是课下，同学们都积极主动地与我交流探讨。物理科学的学习很难，而且有些同学的表现也有待提高，但他们并不气馁，而且越挫越勇。他们的学习态度与精神也令人赞赏。七中国际高中的IHS课程体系能为学生提供多元化舞台，我很享受在这里的教学生活。

The advantage of small-class teaching lies in face-to-face communication with students. It’s glad that our library resources are efficiently and positively used by our students. I hope that everyone can develop their cooperative skills based on Management.

成都七中国际部使用小班制教学，我觉得这样最大的优势在于可以跟学生面对面的进行沟通。而我也很高兴的看到，成都七中丰富的藏书资源被我们的同学高效而积极的利用起来。希望我的学生们可以从管理学入手，锻炼团队合作能力。

The best part about working at International Department of Chengdu No.7 High School is diversity of programs (IHS, AP and IFY) being offered to students. In my 4 years here, I have been an IFY teacher for the majority of my time. I think this program is the most challenging. The subjects covered in IFY Math and Physics goes beyond the topics covered in the other programs, which makes students more knowledgeable and my job more interesting.   

成都七中国际高中最大的亮点就是为学生提供多样化的国际课程项目。在这里的4年，我主要教授IFY课程。该课程是极具挑战的，其数学和物理学科所涵盖的课题和研究对象远超过其它项目，这让学生收获更多的知识，也让我的工作非常有意思。

One of the things I want to instill in my students is critical thinking. This means asking important questions and making observations, then communicating these ideas in a clear, coherent, and relevant way. 

In my business and marketing class, we think about the ways that technology and globalization are dramatically changing the ways we consume and communicate. The world is evolving very quickly and I want my students to be able to appreciate and articulate these differences in meaningful ways. 

在课堂上，我希望可以让学生掌握批判性思维，这需要他们去提问，去观察，去与人沟通，这对于他们今后适应西方教育体系是非常重要的。我们还会去思考，全球化与技术革新给我们的生活带来的改变。21世纪是创新的世纪，我希望我的学生可以学会适应时代的变革，并变得更加成功。

There's much I love about teaching Writing and AP Psychology to our great students. The most rewarding aspect is learning about their individual aspirations and watching them work, month after month, with laser-like focus, to turn their dreams of studying abroad in to their reality.

我负责英语写作及AP心理学的教学工作，我很享受在七中国际高中的时光。帮助学生发现自己、追求梦想的过程是非常令人欣慰的。伴随着日以继夜的努力，他们终将美梦成真，前往自己心仪的名校就读。

I teach Calculus and Computer Science Advanced Placement (AP) courses at Chengdu No.7 High School’s International Department. These university level subjects taught in English are excellent preparation for students who want to attend an American university. Also, if the students do well in the courses, the courses will qualify for full university credit. It’s a great program being taught at a great school with exceptional students. I enjoy the experience very much.

我负责AP微积分和计算机科学的教学工作。AP课程作为美国大学学分课程，将为学生进入美国名校打下坚实基础。当然，成绩优异者还能获得大学学分，节省求学时间。

The best part of working at this school is that they both say they are focused on learning first, and mean it. Every conversation, decision, and action demonstrate this in volumes. Management makes a point not to overwhelm teachers. While other schools say real education is the most important thing, they fill up a teacher’s time with pointless meetings and paperwork, denying me the opportunity to focus on my job.

在这儿工作，我们强调教育的重要性并身体力行。在其它学校，老师上课的时间容易被一大堆毫无意义的会议和纸面工作占用，而七中国际部有效的管理不会给我们增添任何负担，从而能够更加专注教学。每一次的谈话、决议和活动都以提升孩子们的学业为重心。

I truly believe that the IHS program offers students opportunities that prepare them for study abroad. The intensive English classes involving test taking, critical thinking and advanced academic language help students face the challenges ahead, both inside and outside of the classroom. The majority of the students in the No. 7 IHS program are hardworking and eager to improve their language and all-around academic skills. Their creativity and academic diligence are models for their peers. 

七中国际高中的IHS项目为学生发展和成才提供多元化的教育。密集的英语课程帮助同学们克服学习过程中遇到的困难。在这里，他们努力提升自己的英语语言和学术能力，他们勇于挑战和创新，堪称同龄人学习的典范。

Our international programs provide a wonderful opportunity for students who are looking to transition to universities abroad. The various study programs are comprehensive, well-structured, delivered by a team of committed education professionals and facilitated by equally committed administrative staff. The most impressive aspect of being part of the team is the organization’s collective focus on ensuring the best possible outcome for every student. On a more personal level, it has been a privilege, however brief, to guide and accompany our many fine students as they move forward into their professional careers.

七中国际高中完善全面的国际项目课程体系为想要出国留学的学生提供了良好的契机。这些课程由专业的教学人士与管理团队执教监管。在这里工作，团队的每个成员都尽心尽力帮助孩子获得最优异的成绩，最好的录取结果。这点给我留下了深刻的印象。另外，陪伴孩子们学习，并给予他们职业生涯上的指导，我深感荣幸。

The best part of working in here is the friendly atmosphere and our cooperative professional team. From my perspective, it is not only knowledge that should be taught to our students, but also basic skills essential in the real world: effective communication, time management, and choice making.

工作气氛愉悦、教师之间友好合作，这是七中国际高中带给我最深的感受。在我看来，教书不仅是将书本上的知识传授给学生，更重要的是让他们掌握交流能力、时间管理能力等。这些都是他们日后生活必需的。

It's been a joyous experience at International Department of Chengdu No.7 High School. In over 2 years here, I've been able to jump from middle school to high school, teaching a wide range of subjects from Human Geography to AP Statistics. This was only made possible with a supportive repertoire of co-workers who have helped me throughout and guided me in meaningful ways. 

在成都七中国际部工作是非常愉悦的经历。2年来，我的教学水平得到不断的提升，教授的科目包括人文地理、AP统计学等，这完全得益于同事们的帮助和指导。
