在今天的课程中，Dr. Price带领着学生们通过Zappos，Starbucks等实际案例探索了企业文化的定义和价值。
价值观是文化形成的最关键元素，它应当与时俱进才能够引领团队走向成功，而企业文化的制定便是我们领导力课程的核心所在。
什么是价值观？
Value：Value describe the HOW (How we will behave towards one another, and towards each other and towards our stakeholders in the way in which we achieve our goals.）
价值观决定了我们如何去对待彼此，决定了我们将以什么方式去对待客户，股东和伙伴，从而取得成功。
1.Values are the starting point of any cultural change program.
价值观是企业成功的起始。
2.Values explain what is important in people’s organization or lives.
价值观阐明了企业和个人发展中最重要的部分。
3.When we understand our own values, and values of those around us, we find it easier to：
当我们掌握了自己的价值观和身边的价值观，我们能够更好的：
a.Understand each other’s behavior
了解他人行为。
b.Tolerate differences between one another.
更加包容我们和他人的不同点。
c.Trust one another.
更好地相信他人。

3.Building a code of conflict that can be used to control team behavior.
那么成功的价值观建立能给团队带来什么好处呢？它能够循序的解决争执，建立信任度然后给团队的行为带来行事最基础的准则。
Easy to lose, hard to gain.但是同时，我们需要注意的是，价值观很难完全的建立，但很容易因为一些小细节就丢失了。

企业为什么要承担社会责任感？
今日训练营的最后一节课，我们有幸邀请到了来自OSU(俄亥俄州立大学)的Daniel J. Herron教授来为同学们简单分析为什么企业要承担社会责任，以带领学生更好地成为社会所需要的有责任感的领导。这一节课程的内容对于商科方向的学生极为重要，在美国大学被广泛青睐。
Dr. Herron主要给同学们介绍了以下两个理论：
1.The licensing theory: Corporations exist because societies, and specifically governments, permit corporations to from. And they are given special treatment, such as the humans behind the corporations being protected from personal liability.
企业之所以存在，是因为社会，特别是政府允许其存在。每一个企业都得到了不同程度的特殊对待，所以他们也对社会及政府保有责任。
Dr. Herron举出了美国新政为企业减税的例子，正因为此，在美企业应当更加积极的为社会做出贡献。
2.The power theory: Through its position in society, corporations gain economic power. In any power, the entity gaining power has the obligation to use the power of the good of its society. This is a medieval theory of “noblesse oblige”, which is still used today by many in the “ruling classes.”
当今企业在社会上都取得了经济力量，力量的所有者应当对给予他力量的载体承担责任，并为其争取福利。
